I’m an experienced Agile Coach with more than eight years of experience in agility which helps teams reach their maximum potential within the Scrum framework. Acting as an agent of change in this new mindset, I’ll also lead and promote agility inside the the organizations. I help companies design and implement an effective Agile transformation for their business, and I'll work at a more strategic level to integrate an Agile development process with a company's business.

I'm acting as Agile coach & Scrum Master in Global Transactional Banking in Santander Bank, helping the Product Owner, the Scrum Team and the organisation. Those are some key improvements and achievements:
Achievements:
- We have effectively driven the events of a scrum inside the teams.
- Given support in the steering committee meetings regarding adopting agile inside the teams.
- I'm helping and teaching how to effectively manage the product backlog with the PO and the team.

I acted as Agile coach & Scrum Master in Natwest ePrivacy Program, supporting the Product Owner, the Scrum Team and the organization. Those are some key improvements and achievements:
Achievements:
- Daily Scrum is effectively happening and within the 15m timebox.
- Improved collaboration recognized by the team.
- Scrum events are happening at the same time and same cadence.
- New knowledge-sharing sessions are happening every week within the group to upskill members.
- Refinements sessions with effort estimate instead of time.
- We created the definition of done and ready for our team. Each ticket has its acceptance criteria.
- Upskilling Natwest internal Scrum Master for three months, achieving good alignment within the rest of the Scrum Masters in the program.
- We already know our predictability to adjust our scope in each sprint as a team.

Agile coach & Scrum Master
Inside the Technological Financial Department, serving as Scrum Master of two teams, creating a product that can charge to the final clients and pay to our suppliers, we make a unique tool inside the company “UNICOL” this tool allows us to do these transactions in just one solution. As an agile coach, I have been involved in the organisation's transformation in finance technology and OKR's performance of the Scrum teams.
Achievements
- Working with our Performance KPI teams as a Scrum Master, my primary duty is to introduce all the events and embracing the change to an agile mindset.
- For two years inside our Technological Financial Department, I acted as Scrum Master of two teams, helping them create a product that can charge to the final clients and pay our suppliers. This product allows the company to deprecate and replace old technology with high-end software that manages massive petitions at the same time.
- After the launch of the new product, we improve our response time by 75% in all our payment transactions.

Agile Coach
As an Agile Coach in AxesInMotion, I was in charge of leading the change toward the Agile mindset. Training the Product Owners of the company. I was the Scrum Master of 2 development teams, guiding all the events and helping them understand this new mindset.
Achievements
- Successfully introduced the agile mindset in the organisation, they adopted Scrum as the primary way of working for all the teams.
- We achieved our first game 100% built with the Scrum framework with working software towards each sprint delivery.
- We successfully migrated from Unity 3 to Unity 2019, the company's biggest game, which is "Extreme Car Driving Simulator."

Scrum Master
As Scrum Master of the BBVA One View project, I was in charge of transforming and implementing the agile mindset within the project.
Achievements
- I actively took the lead in a transformation within the project using the scaled agile framework. Active help to the product owners with the correct way to write features to the Product Backlog and create good User Stories.
- I was coaching and helping with the agile transformation, boosting people's motivation and resolving conflicts.
- We successfully created a tool that connects with all the client banks and shows in real-time all the current situation of their accounts

As head of the video game department at the the company, I have carried out various adaptations of the processes for creating games, taking the traditional project management to agile management with Scrum Framework.
